The following refund policy outlines the applicable refund terms when users purchase listing packages, membership credit top-ups, and renewal plans on the platform.


1. Package Plan Purchases

All listing packages purchased through H99property.com are considered final, non-refundablenon-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

We encourage users to carefully review package features, pricing, and suitability before completing a purchase.

Package plans:

a. Must be used within their stated validity period.

b. Are tied to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred to another user or exchanged for other services and cash.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only in the following exceptional situations:

a. Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same package or top-up.

*Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original transaction.


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following are not eligible for refunds:

a. Change of mind or mistaken purchase after payment.

b. Listings receiving low visibility, inquiries, or engagement.

c. Incorrect package or top-up selection, unless upgraded within 24 hours and not used.

d. Expired or unused packages, membership points, or plans after their validity period.

e. Violations of our Posting Policy or Terms of Use.


4. Top-Ups & Renewal Plans

Purchases related to Membership Point Top-Ups and Package Renewals are also non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, unless:

a. There is a confirmed duplicate payment.

b. The purchased points or renewal benefits were not credited due to a verified system error.


5. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request:

a. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.

b. Provide the following:

o Order number

o Clear reason for the request

o Any supporting documentation or screenshots

c. Our team will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

d. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


6. Alternative Compensation

Where appropriate, we may offer service credits—such as additional listing slots, extended validity, or bonus points—in lieu of monetary refunds. These alternatives are provided at the discretion of  H99property.com and aim to maintain service satisfaction.


7. Right to Moderate Listings and Package Usage 

H99property.com reserves the right to:

a. Use, suspend, cancel, or remove any postings, listings, or advertisements that contravene our Posting Policy, Terms of Use, or any applicable legal requirements.

b. Modify or restrict the utilization of package components—including listings, membership points, or renewal benefits—if misuse, abuse, or policy violations are detected.

Such enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice and are not eligible for refund or compensation.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with our platform standards and legal obligations.
